  • Served as a Solution Architect / Business Analyst for ATT’s original iPhone project to integrate applications and automate the GL journaling for revenue sharing. The solution uses a sub-ledger and is an industry first time achievement at the subscriber level.
  • Created a data warehouse for the third largest retailer in the world to grow their business 25%. Provided the deliverable in ten weeks and in so doing identified 1.2 billion dollars of under-stocked and 552 million dollars of excess inventory.
  • Was an Enterprise System Architect for what is described as one of the Corporation’s most complicated system in North America.  It was accessed from more than 120 countries and provided global data delivery of JIT (Just in Time) services and supply chain information for critical spare pairs.
  • Wrote software for the ETL processes for an international corporation by cleansing, scrubbing and transforming their SAP data with more than a thousand SQL statements that gained a projected eight million dollar inventory reduction.
  • Was titled a subject matter expert for manufacturing systems covering a three state region.
  • Worked as a plant materials manager and production scheduler. Directed the labor and materials for over seventy-five employees. Was promoted to Corporate Materials Manager. Set the inventory levels for three plants.
  • Have written thousands of scripts, programs, reports and / or applications. Have written programs that have made programs and have used expert system concepts to automate automation.
  • Have utilized leading professional journals and trade publications to conceive, create and implement advanced and strategic solutions. These systems repeatedly cut costs by 1/4 to 1/2 million dollars for small to mid-size corporations.
  • Brought a system from no formality to an inventory accuracy of 99%. Reduced order processing from 14 to 4 steps, inventory by 30%, a product line lead time from 25 to 3 weeks and Production Control staff by 50%.
  • Within two months, for a mid-size corporation, out produced other staff with the creation of more key information (part numbers, bills of materials and standard routers) than anyone else in the Company’s history.
